The Department of Public Safety will be open to issue parking permits on Saturday, Aug. 22, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Sunday, Aug. 23, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Students should apply online at https://www.tocite.net/owu/viewpermit before picking up their parking permit at the Public Safety office. Please bring your OWU ID and a current vehicle registration when picking up your permit. Thank you.
