Ohio Wesleyan students will perform with Dec. 11-12 in Columbus Dance Theatre’s performance of the Hans Christian Andersen classic, “Matchgirl.” The production has been called “…a stirring and spiritual ballet,” by Julia Osborn of The Columbus Dispatch.
According to Columbus Dance Theatre: “Associate Professor of Music Jason Hiester will serve as our conductor for the production and has assembled a terrific ensemble of singers and instrumentalists once again for this year’s ‘Matchgirl.’ ”
The production will be performed Dec. 11-12 at the Lincoln Theatre, 769 E. Long St., Columbus. Individual tickets are $30 for adults, $25 for senior citizens, and $15 for students.
