OrthoNeuro is a Multi-Specialty Center of Excellence specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. This position is responsible for end user satisfaction through assisting with daily break-fix issues and imparting knowledge to users. This includes monitoring the helpdesk and resolving common recurring issues.
