There is an open spot on the OWU Cuba Immersion Team, traveling and volunteering with Global Volunteers in Ciego de Avila Cuba from March 4 to March 12 (Spring Break). We will be working on a sustainable farm, tutoring English, and/or performing light construction. Interested people should email a statement of interest (why you’re interested, classes that have prepared you for this educational experience, etc.) to Mary Jeffries (mmjeffri@owu.edu) by 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 22.
