This Thursday, Nov. 9, at 7:00 in the Bayley Room, Prof. Laura Wexler of Yale will deliver the Phi Beta Kappa lecture, “Frederick Douglass, Photography, and the Image of the Nation: A Vision of Justice from Abolition to Black Lives Matter.” Wexler, a professor of American Studies, Film & Media Studies, and Women’s Studies, is the founding director of the Photographic Memory Workshop at Yale.
