It is time to begin the Meek Leadership Award process. The Meek Leadership Awards were established with a contribution from Phillip J. Meek and Nancy LaPorte Meek, both 1959 OWU graduates. OWU seniors who have demonstrated exceptional leadership service during their years at Ohio Wesleyan and show promise to sustain that commitment throughout their lives may be considered for these awards. Those students selected for a Meek Leadership Award will be announced at the Golden Bishop Awards, this year scheduled for April 16 at 2:00 p.m. in the Benes Rooms of the Hamilton-Williams Campus Center.
Nomination forms are available from Nancy Bihl Rutkowski and must be returned no later than Feb. 18 at 12 p.m. All nominations must be for graduating seniors and must include the nomination form. A biography form must be forwarded to the nominated student for completion by Mar. 3 at 12 p.m.
