Easy Ways to Manage Your Stress.
1) Start a stress journal- write down why you might be feeling stressed and what you think the source of this stress is.
2) Engage in short bursts of activity- walking the dog, dancing, going for a jog.
3) Be social- Even if you do not feel like it being around others will relieve some stress (but learn to say no to those you need to, and avoid people who stress you out).
4) Have good time management.
5) Maintain a healthy diet- healthy bodies can better manage and adapt to stress.
