The deadline to withdraw from the University is Dec. 2 at 5 p.m. Application for Departure forms (available on our website) must be completed, signed by all parties, and returned to the Office of the Registrar located in University Hall room 007 prior to the deadline. Any Application for Departure forms submitted after the deadline will result automatically in marks of ‘F’ in all courses. See page 26 of the 2016-2017 Catalog for this policy. This deadline does not apply to students who wish to complete the fall term and withdraw from the spring semester.
