Japanese Scholar, Dr. Christoper Scott, on Nov. 9

“There’s No Place Like Home: Transnational and Multilingual Identity in the Work of Hideo Levy”  is the subject of Dr. Christopher Scott’s lecture on Nov. 9 at 4:30 p.m. in the Bayley Room (Beeghly Library). He published a translation of Levy’s A Room Where the Star-Spangled Banner Cannot Be Heard. Scott received his B.A. from Princeton University and his M.A. and Ph.D. from Stanford University. Presented by the Honors Program and Comparative Literature department.
