If you’ve had any student workers create any Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and/or Drive folders for your department or program, please be aware of this:
When students graduate, if they don’t convert their student BishopApps account to alumni Email-for-Life, all of their online content will be deleted.
If you’re in this situation, have the student transfer ownership to you or a departmental BishopApps account, or into a Team Drive, before they graduate. If necessary, we can help, if it’s not too late.
