HelpLine is now just a text away. HelpLine has officially launched its 24/7 confidential text messaging service for crisis support and 2-1-1/Information and Referral service.

As with all HelpLine services, confidentiality is of utmost importance. The texting service is available to anyone who needs to reach out in a quick and easy way. The crisis support text service offers non-judgmental emotional support and problem solving around issues such as: sexual assault, financial stress, domestic violence, child and elder abuse or neglect, depression, suicide, grief/loss, and mental health issues.
The 2-1-1/Information & Referral text service provides resources including: human service agencies, food and shelter providers, child care resources, special services for seniors, volunteer opportunities, county and city information, etc.
HelpLine specialists are trained to listen and support the individual’s needs and have over 3,500 community resources at their fingertips to help anyone seeking assistance.
