Health Tip: Sleep Soundly!

Avoid bright lights before bed time. Using bright phone screens (phone, laptop etc.), can reduce the production of melatonin. Melatonin is what helps the body fall asleep each night. By avoiding bright screens, melatonin is produced easily, allowing the body to fall asleep quickly.

With a good night’s sleep, you will be able to take on the day!
