When buying sunglasses, be sure to get ones that will actually benefit you. Look for sunglasses that block 99-100% of UVA and UVB light. A pair of sunglasses that does not block this amount may actually increase UV exposure to your eye, as your pupils dilate to let in more light hindered by the dark glasses an if UV light is not block, more UV light enters your eye.
