Health Tip of the Week – Divide Your Plate During Thanksgiving

Fill your plate with half vegetables, one quarter of white turkey meat, and the rest with a healthy starch. Some healthy starches are corn on the cob, a baked potato, or a sweet potato. Dividing your plate during Thanksgiving dinner will help you have a healthy Thanksgiving and avoid a food coma.
