Health Tip of the Week

Getting enough sleep is critical, but sleeping too much can also be bad for you. There is an increased risk of health problems with people that sleep less and 6 hours and more than 9 hours. However, the amount of sleep varies from person to person. If you feel rested during the day on a regular basis than you are getting the right amount of sleep.
