Health Tip of the Week

Despite the urge to stay up late the night before an exam, it is more beneficial to go to bed and get a good night’s rest. Sleep helps your brain process all the information it just studied and helps you to think more clearly the next day. Start studying early, ease the stress and help guarantee you can get to bed at a timely manner the night before an exam.
