Health Tip of the Week

Drinking water can help with bloating. Having more water in your system helps with the motility of the gut reducing bloating symptoms. Drinking water also reduces bloating due to dehydration. When you are dehydrated your body is more likely to hold on the water that it has causing the bloating symptoms.
