Health Tip of the Week

Taking a 20 minute nap after drinking a cup of coffee makes you more alert and focused. This is because a nap removes adenosine, a hormone in the brain that makes you feel tired, and the caffeine is an adenosine blocker and keeps you feeling more alert and awake.
