*Spring into Health*
1) Get your exercise on! The weather is getting warmer which means more opportunity for outdoor activities. Going on a run, walk, or playing outdoor sports will increase your mood while exercising.
2) Take the time to do spring cleaning! Having control of a clean environment can decrease stress which will further improve your overall wellness.
3) Take the opportunity to eat fresh fruits and vegetables that are in season.
4) Protect your skin! After being inside all winter, sitting out in the sun can be tempting but make sure you are always protecting your skin with SPF.
