Having Problems with the Student Health Portal?

Here are some solutions that may help:
• You will not be able to log in without verifying your account with the email verification
• Check your spam folder for the email verification if it is not in your inbox
• Try using a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari)
• If you are having trouble on a Mac, try to use a PC, either at the library or dorm computer lab
• Your username is your OWU email, and the password you chose when you made your account

If you are still having problems, email the specific problem to health@owu.edu with Health Portal in the subject line.
