Here are some solutions that may help:
• You will not be able to log in without verifying your account with the email verification.
• Check your spam folder for the email verification, if not in your inbox.
• Try using a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari).
• If you are having trouble on a Mac, try to use a PC, either at the library or dorm computer lab.
• Your username is your OWU email, and the password you chose when you made your account.
