I’m a commuter student living a few blocks from Chi Phi, and my mom and I want to get rid of our sectional couch. It’s pretty big, kind of smells like dog, and one of the cushions is torn. However, it’s really comfortable and would make a great couch for a fraternity. The sections could also be split among three rooms of friends/acquaintances.
