Majors, Minors and Faculty: The Saphir Funds were created by a gift to the Economics Department from Joel Leonard Saphir. Any OWU student or current Economics department faculty member is eligible to apply for the Saphir Funds. For a complete description of the funds or to request an application please email lalucas@owu.edu. The deadline for receipt of applications for this years spring funding cycle is April 6th, 2018.
