The deadline to completely withdraw from OWU (not a course) is Fri., Dec. 1 at 5 p.m. Application for Departure forms (available here goo.gl/cu3ByW) must be completed, signed by all parties, and returned to the Office of the Registrar located in Univ. Hall, Room 007 prior to the deadline. Any Application for Departure forms submitted after the deadline will result automatically in marks of ‘F’ in all courses. This deadline does not apply to students who wish to complete the fall term and withdraw from the spring semester. If this is your intention, please note this on your application.
