Paper Change-of-Schedule forms will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Jan. 19. Forms must be signed by the professor of the course for both adds and drops and by your academic advisor. The Registrar’s Office will not accept forms without the proper signatures. Do not wait until the last day to obtain signatures. We are not responsible if your professor or advisor is not available to sign and you will be required to petition. Please note there is a $40 late change in registration fee for approved petitions.
