Welcome, students! Please note that parking enforcement for academic lots (“A” permit spaces) will begin at 6 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, and parking enforcement for residential lots (west side of campus) at 6 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30. Parking stickers must be properly displayed and vehicles parked in authorized spaces by these times to avoid citation.
Please note that while full enforcement does not begin until the times listed above, vehicles parked in reserved spaces (including “A” permit spaces), fire lanes, and handicap spots are subject to citation and fines effective immediately.
To get your OWU parking sticker, we encourage you to register and pay online in advance so that your permit is ready for you when you arrive at the Public Safety Office, located in Smith Hall near the dining area.
To register, visit https://www.tocite.net/owu/viewpermit. Please note that every student bringing a vehicle to campus must register the car and display an OWU parking permit, even if the vehicle is not parked on campus property. Please have your OWU ID and Vehicle Registration with you when picking up your permit sticker.
Series B permits are available to Sophomore, Junior, and Senior students only. Price is $175 for the full year.
Series C permits are available to Freshman students only. Price is $175 for the full year.
Series D permits are available to all students free of charge and allow for remote parking only. Series D parking locations include the Jay Martin Soccer Complex, Meek Aquatics and Recreation Center, Selby Stadium (designated row only), Haycock Hall, and Sagan Field.
Please note that purchasing a Series B or C permit does not guarantee residential-lot parking.
Your cooperation with OWU’s parking guidelines is greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a great year!
