Overall, we are creating a conversation where the current Black Student Union can benefit from advice offered from alumni, parents, faculty and staff, ensuring Black students and students of color have a support system here at OWU. Parents can weigh in on their experiences with how BSU’s or BSA’s (black student unions or associations) at their respective universities have helped them through college. Alumni can share how SUBA (Student Union on Black Awareness) was a beneficiary at OWU during their time here.
