This year’s Fall Break Wilderness Trek will be Oct. 11-14 in Grayson Highlands in southern Virginia. We’ll be backpacking along ridge tops through peak fall colors and we’ll see wild ponies! We’ll learn outdoor living skills and spend time with readings and discussions about our own spiritual and faith journeys.
The $100 cost covers all food (except road meals), gear, professional instruction, and transportation. You will need to provide adequate clothing and footwear. Email William Hayes at wfhayes@owu.edu for an application, which are due Sept. 14.
