The Delaware General Health District will be at the OWU Student Health Center on Apr. 21 from 1-3 p.m. for anonymous HIV testing. The HIV test is free, requires no needles, and gives same day results. To sign up for the HIV clinic, call the Health Center at (740)368-3160.
