Campus Programming Board will host the fourth annual “A Cappellooza” voices-only showcase at 7 p.m. Nov. 5 in Gray Chapel! Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
The concert will feature movie theme songs performed by student a cappella groups from Ohio Wesleyan, Kenyon College, Wittenberg University, the University of Akron, and more.
The event also will feature an appearance by the Grammy-nominated a cappella group Committed, winners of the second season of NBC’s “The Sing-Off.” The five-man group was created in 2003 and solidified its sound while attending Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama.
Tickets are $5 for general admission; $2 for non-OWU students, senior citizens, and children under 12; and free for Ohio Wesleyan students and employees with a valid OWU ID.
