Our Blackboard Customer Success Advocate, Chris Edwards, has arranged to bring Brent Mundy, Lead for Ultra Development, and Karen Owens, Senior Solutions Engineer, to campus for an open listening session—an opportunity for us to share with senior Blackboard staff what we like and don’t like about the new Ultra Base Navigation. Brent brings a wealth of knowledge about Bb Learn, and can address our concerns and complaints. They’ll be prepared to provide demos of of any features, including enhancements in upcoming releases.
We will meet in Merrick Hall, Room 201 from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. this morning.
