How sweet it is to be sweet! On Thursday, November 2nd, join Chef James in the Teaching Kitchen at Stuy from 6:00-7:00pm. He is going to teach you the steps to baking and why it is important to follow a recipe. Each student will be making their own batch of chocolate chip cookies and decorating their own personal sized cake using some tips and tricks from the culinary industry.
