Information Services presents a Starfish training on Friday, October 20th at noon.
Our new student success system, Starfish, is a key component of our Retention Plan, and uses predictive analytics to provide early alerts about students at-risk for not succeeding at OWU. The software facilitates communications about student-related concerns between faculty, academic advisors, and student support staff. It also provides status updates so those who report concerns will be aware of attempts to follow up with the student.
