Schedule in time for yourself to learn about the history of yoga, develop your own practice, and also learn about the amazing ways in which our bodies work. Schedule in time when you don’t have anything else to do but move, breathe, and focus on yourself. Talk to your Advisor or head to the Registrar to add Yoga to your schedule for .25 credit this module. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-11:30am OR 1:10-2:40pm in Edwards Gym and led by Emily Hanafin, E-RYT200. Last day to Add Yoga is Tuesday, October 24th!
