The libraries of the Ohio Five can offer up to $2000 to selected faculty from across the consortium to support attendance at the 2018 Digital Humanities Summer Institute (DHSI) at the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada. The institute spans two one-week sessions, June 4-8 and June 11-15, 2018.
DHSI offers over 50 intensive, week-long courses covering topics like text analysis, DH pedagogy, data visualization, digital storytelling, GIS, and game-based inquiry (full list here: http://dhsi.org/courses.php). Participants rate the support of the DHSI community as a key benefit.
