Faculty and Staff are eligible for free Blood Glucose, A1C and Cholesterol screening at the Health & Wellness Fair at no cost if your Anthem card (along with valid ID) is presented and you have not received these tests within the past 12 months.
Alternatively, you can pay out of pocket directly to the Delaware General Health District by Cash or Check.
