For students remaining on campus over break, downtown Delaware’s Hamburger Inn, 16 N. Sandusky St., will be serving a free Community Thanksgiving Dinner between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22.
Manager Steve Boyd says the Nov. 22 dinner is “open to anyone in the community, including students, residents, or out-of-towners visiting, and it is provided at no cost.”
Boyd says those seeking volunteer opportunities also are welcome to help w/ the event. Volunteer registration — in blocks of at least one to two hours, please — is available on The Hamburger Inn Facebook page.
