Report a Problem Online Form Now Available

It’s now fast and easy to share information about non-emergency OWU issues —  such as “something’s broken” or “my device won’t connect to the network” – using the Report a Problem form at www.owu.edu/report-a-problem.

Report a Problem submissions are reviewed during business hours Monday through Friday. For urgent issues — including to report a fire, medical, or police emergency, or a serious in-progress crime — CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. Do not use the Report a Problem form.

For issues that require prompt Public Safety or building maintenance attention, such as a room lockout or broken water pipe, CONTACT PUBLIC SAFETY 24 hours a day at 740-368-2222. Do not use the Report a Problem form.

If your issue traditionally has required completion of a Buildings & Grounds service request, including an account number for any charges, continue to USE THE B&G FORM accessible via the myOWU gateway.
