If you have a great regional recipe you would like to showcase for dinner, we have the opportunity for you.
You can be a guest chef at Smith for dinner.
The recipe must be able to be prepared to order at our My Pantry station. We will supply the ingredients. You will work beside one of our culinary trained professionals.
All recipes will be finalized by Chartwells management.
