Beginning 9 a.m. Thursday May 19, OWU account holders must adhere to the following requirements when changing your password:
* be at least 7 characters in length
* contain at least one upper or lower case alphabetic character
* contain at least one numeral or one of these special characters:
~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + – = < > ? [ ] { } |
Your account password MAY NOT:
* contain your name, nickname, OWU account username, or OWU ID number
* contain any spaces
* contain any punctuation except the special characters above
Information Services recommends changing your password on 5/19.
