27th Annual John Kennard Eddy Memorial Lecture on World Politics.

Guest Lecturer, Sumit Ganguly, is professor of political science at Indiana University, Rabindranath Tagore Chair in Indian Cultures and Civilizations, and Director, Center on American and Global Security.

A specialist on the contemporary politics of South Asia Ganguly is the author, co-author, editor or co-editor of 20 books on the region. His most recent books are “India Since 1980,” “Asian Rivalries: Conflict, Escalation, and Limitations on Two-Level Games,” “How Rivalries End” and the “Oxford Short Introduction to Indian Foreign Policy.” His new book is to be released this spring.
