You are cordially invited to a free screening of Michel Hazanavicius’s Oscar-winning “The Artist,” presented in French with English subtitles. A delightful homage to silent-era Hollywood, the film opens in 1927, and focuses on preening matinee idol George Valentin, and Peppy Miller, a chorus girl with big ambitions. Introduction and discussion led by Dr. Hipsky.
