The Effect of Transnational Coordination on the Level of Economic Activity: Evidence from the US-Mexico Border
Dr. Kidane has researched the effect of the US decision to adjust the dates of Daylight Savings Time in 2007 while Mexico remained with the old DST time change. During the 3 weeks in March and the one week at the end of October, the US and Mexico border experienced different time schedules. Hear Dr. Kidane’s discoveries about how this affected the levels of economic activity.
