Health Tip of the Week

Feeling Stressed? Take time to unwind. Your body will thank you.

Remember that sometimes a little relaxation can go a long way. Tips for taking a break include:

1)Taking a short walk
2)Taking long and mindful breaths
3) Set daily achievable goals
4)Exercise. Even if you are tired, exercise will release endorphins which will leave you feeling less stressed.
