The Theatre Department is looking for black men to audition for the role of Clay in Margot Reed’s senior project production of “Dutchman,” a gripping play by award-winning playwright Amiri Baraka.
In just under an hour, Baraka’s audience is forced to experience and examine some of the most disgusting parts of humanity: fetishism, racism, and murder to name a few.
Auditions will be held from 4-5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28, in Room 008 in Chappelear Drama Center. No preparation required.
