If pulled manually, the fire alarms in Edgar Hall will sound to warn people to evacuate the building, but the alarm system will not contact firefighters automatically.
If you have an emergency and activate a manual alarm, please also call 911 to ensure the appropriate fire and rescue response.
The alarm issue is being addressed, but upgrades likely won’t be complete for a couple of weeks. We will provide updated information about the alarms when the work is complete. Thank you for your time and attention.
