Please Note: First-year students may select only C or D permits.
We strongly encourage you to register and pay for your permit online as soon as possible so that your permit is ready when you arrive at the Public Safety Office. Please note that all students bringing a vehicle to campus must register their vehicle and display an OWU parking permit, even if the vehicle is not parked on campus property.
