We hope you are getting excited about the upcoming academic year! In response to student feedback, we have made some important changes to the student parking structure. Please review the information below prior to purchasing your permit.

2017-18 “B” PERMIT PARKING (Sophomores-Juniors-Seniors Only)

PRICE: $175

Authorized Parking Locations:

  • Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity – 9 Williams Drive
  • Chappelear Drama Center – 45 Rowland Avenue (designated spaces only)
  • Delta Tau Delta Fraternity – 20 Williams Drive
  • Hamilton-Williams Campus Center – 40 Rowland Avenue (upper southwest lot only)
  • Hayes Hall – 165 West William Street
  • House of Black Culture – 65 Oak Hill Avenue
  • Panhellenic House – 30 Williams Drive
  • Phi Delta Theta Fraternity – 19 Williams Drive
  • Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity – 35 Williams Drive
  • Smith Hall – 38 South Liberty Street
  • Stuyvesant Hall – 223 West William Street
  • 4 Williams Drive
  • 15 Williams Drive
  • Any spaces designated for “B,” “C,” or “D” permit holders

2017-18 “C” PERMIT PARKING (Freshman Only)

PRICE: $175

  • Bashford Hall Lot – 70 South Liberty Street
  • Beeghly Library – 43 Rowland Avenue (designated areas only)
  • Chi Phi Fraternity – 216 North Franklin Street
  • Edgar Hall – 35 South Sandusky Street (designated areas only)
  • Panhellenic House – 30 Williams Drive (west side)
  • Selby Stadium – 45 South Henry Street
  • Welch Hall – 56 South Liberty Street
  • Any spaces designated for “D” permit holders

2017-18 “D” PERMIT PARKING (All students)

PRICE: FREE

Authorized Parking Locations:

  • Haycock Hall – 31 Hayes Street
  • Jay Martin Soccer Complex – 249 Park Avenue
  • Meek Aquatics and Recreation Center – 150 South Henry Street
  • Sagan Field – 251 South Henry Street
  • Sanborn Hall – 23 Elizabeth Street (west lot only)
  • Selby Stadium – 45 South Henry Street (back row only)

Please Note: First-year students may select only C or D permits.

We strongly encourage you to register and pay for your permit online as soon as possible so that your permit is ready when you arrive at the Public Safety Office. To register, visit https://www.tocite.net/owu/viewpermit. Please note that all students bringing a vehicle to campus must register their vehicle and display an OWU parking permit, even if the vehicle is not parked on campus property.
