In order to do that, we would like to hear your thoughts and ideas about career challenges that you are facing so that we can begin to address some of them and better support you in reaching your goals.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The\u00a0focus\u00a0group\u00a0will provide an opportunity for you to (1) Voice your opinions about various programs we are considering (2) Let us know what has been helpful for you (3) Let us know areas where we can improve.
