Thank you for following these guidelines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must wear a mask when picking up items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You will not sign off on your packages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You must have a photo ID to pick up packages. This can be your student ID, passport, or driver&#8217;s license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Staff will not retrieve mail from your mailbox. If you need a new mailbox key, please send an email to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:mailroom@owu.edu\">mailroom@owu.edu<\/a>with your mailbox number and student ID number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>If a\u00a0hashtag\u00a0follows the tracking number you receive from the\u00a0mailroom, your item is in your mailbox.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>If you cannot pick up your item in person, you are permitted to designate someone else to pick it up. But you\u00a0MUST reply to the email notification you receive and give us the name of the person allowed to pick up the item for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>If you have questions regarding a package, please email your question to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:mailroom@owu.edu\">mailroom@owu.edu<\/a>, and we will respond. Do not come to the window with these questions. We do not want to delay others waiting to pick up items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fall semester hours:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aug. 14 \u2013 10 am-4 pm.<\/li>\n<li>Aug. 16 \u2013 8 am-5 pm.<\/li>\n<li>Normal hours begin Aug. 17 \u2013 11:30 am &#8211; 3:30 pm Monday-Friday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thank you for your time and attention.
