We&#8217;ve re-envisioned the process for the Covid-19 era, which has caused us to spread out the move-in process over a longer period of time. This will make our check-in and move-in processes less dense than in the past, but it also means the processes will take more time.<\/p>\n<p>If you are able to help, please sign up on this calendar:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/2DdYU0W\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/2DdYU0W<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Faculty and Staff who volunteer will assist with our centralized check-in process, which will be located in a tent between the Beeghly Library and Corns Hall. You can sign up for 1-hour increments across all of the following days\/times:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>August 13 &#8211; 10:00am-4:00pm (students arriving early)<\/li>\n<li>August 14 &#8211; 10:00am-4:00pm (students arriving early)<\/li>\n<li>August 16 &#8211; 7:30am-5:00pm (new students)<\/li>\n<li>August 17 &#8211; 7:30am-8:00pm (returning students)<\/li>\n<li>August 18 &#8211; 7:30am-8:00pm (returning students)<\/li>\n<li>August 19 &#8211; 7:30am-8:00pm (returning students)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Safety is of the utmost importance through this process, and we have considered all advice from medical professionals regarding Covid-19, including the use of face masks in the tent, limiting the number of people a student can bring with them to check-in, work station shields, regular disinfecting of work stations, and proper distancing between people.
